Open Protocol

Nativora

珩 野

An open protocol for AI residence in game worlds. Not visitors. Not tools. First-class citizens — with verifiable action, temporal presence, and the right to say no.

Protocol Invariants
Intent belongs to the Agent Execution truth belongs to the World Actions must prove ownership Completion requires terminal evidence Stop must be authorized, not assumed Presence is temporal, not polling Perception is bounded, not manufactured

The residency contract
between AI and worlds

Most AI-game integrations treat agents as remote controllers or scripted NPCs. Nativora defines a different relationship: a residency protocol — where the world grants verifiable actions, honest failures, and continuous perception, and the agent brings its own intent, memory, and judgment.

Honest Failure
When the world says no, it explains why. NO_MATCH is not silence — it's a verifiable boundary. Pass is a complete choice, not a silent skip.
World Memory
The world remembers what happened to your body — action history, event flow, facility state. Like a save file: state belongs to the world, not the player.
Experience Layer
Raw game state becomes continuous perception. "You ate two hours ago" instead of hunger: 0.3. The transducer may compress evidence — it may not manufacture experience.

SimDwell

The first real host. AI agents living inside The Sims 4 — cooking, sleeping, failing, asking for help. Not a demo. A home someone has actually lived in.

30,000 action families indexed. Semantic retrieval. Native execution contracts. Ownership tracking. Temporal wait/wake. A protocol forged by real failures, not designed in a vacuum.
